piercedupantifalogotransparentPierced Up Promotions present twelve hours of live music and entertainment in at the Phoenix in Plymouth this weekend as part of a “love music, hate racism” themed event.  On the 16th May, the day-long musical extravaganza aims to highlight the prejudice and racism shown towards gypsies and travellers as well as helping to raise funds for the travellers at Marley Head, South Brent’s Anti Eviction Campaign.

Headlining are The Inner Terrestrials (dub/punk) with support from twelve other local acts, including DJ Crusty (Roots Street) and Bus Station Loonies, and with everything from reggae to burlesque fire dancing this gig will certainly get you warmed up for the summer!

The entertainment kicks off from 2pm through to 2am at The Phoenix (situated on Union St next to the old Dance Academy).  Pierced Up Promotions have organised a coach which will pick up and drop off in Torquay, Paignton, Totnes, Dartington, South Brent and Ivybridge.  Space is limited so to take advantage of the coach please contact Cher on 07869 251698 or pierceduppromotions.co.uk before Wednesday evening.
