Teeny boppers McFly are heading to HMV in Bristol this week for a special instore signing session.
The band will be at HMV in Bristol City Centre at 5pm on Wednesdat (7th September).
Fans will get the chance to meet all four members when they visit two HMV stores to celebrate the release of their highly-anticipated new single, ‘Party Girl’.
The band, Tom Fletcher (lead vocals and guitar), Danny Jones (lead vocals and guitar), Dougie Poynter (backing vocals and bass guitar) and Harry Judd (drums), will be at the store from 5.00 pm to meet fans and sign copies of the new single which is released the same day through Island Records on three separate formats.
As an added bonus, all three formats of the single can be purchased bundled together at the in-store event for £5.
‘Party Girl’ – which premiered on UK radio on 14th July 2010 on Radio 1’s, In:Demand show – will be McFly’s first single to be taken from their forthcoming fifth album, which has been produced by top producer, Dallas Austin, in Atlanta.
Due to anticipated demand both events will be wristbanded. Fans can pick up free wristbands at HMV, which allow them access to the event. 750 wristbands will be available only from the HMV Bristol Broadmead store from 8am on Wednesday 8th September onwards. One wristband per customer maximum, in person only, while stocks last, subject to availability, at participating store only.
McFly also play a gig at Bristol Colston Hall on 21st October.
