NEW CLUB OPENING IN PLYMOUTH THIS WEEKEND

A new club and bar opens on Plymouth’s Barbican this weekend. H20, in the former Quay Club venue is set to provide a wide range of late night entertainment to compliment the existing pubs an other late nights venues in the area. The special opening night on Thursday 5 April features some of Plymouth finest club DJ’s playing including Tom Baker, Sean Holland (live), Tom Costelloe, Aaron Cook, Tommie Quick, Damien James, Alex Darling, Sean Patrick and Schuhmacher. Doors open from 8pm – 4am. Free for VIP ticket holders, £3 for all others.

Other events taking place at the club over the opening Easter weekend include On/Off on Sat 7 April which sees Ctrl B & Twitch begin their new residency on the first Sat of the month Expect tech and deep house alongside electro and beyond. Sunday is Back2the naughty Nineties which is a classic 90’s party with the tunes, DJ’s, the lot and runs from 4pm-4am.

H2O will be open every Friday and Saturday night until 4am, and they have some special events coming up over the next few weeks including London’s Bootleg Social ‘On the Run’ comes to the venue on Sat 5 May. Expect a fully themed event, celebrating an era famed for illicit indulgence: The Roaring Twenties. Be warned though, when you enter any Bootleg Social event you check not only your coat at the door, you check your inhibitions, your preconceptions and your attitude as you enter a truly unique clubbing experience: chic, elegant, stylish and decidedly debauched all at the same time! There is also free Redneck Moonshine to first 50 people through door and a free mix CDs giveaway showcasing ‘The Sounds of London’.
