LEVELLERS TO PLAY ACOUSTIC GIG AT EXETER CATHEDRAL

Levellers will play a special acoustic gig at Exeter Cathedral this autumn.

Taking place on Wednesday 26 September, the gig will see the South West favourites play a set of their politically charged folk.

This specialist show will follow the release of their brand new album Static On The Airwaves (released June 25th). Hotly anticipated, the album has been heralded as the best piece of music they have ever made.

As exciting as their new material is, Levellers’ illustrious career speaks for itself. After almost 25 years of effortless musicality, incisive songwriting, and a passionate, dedicated approach, they have notched up 6 gold albums and 21 charting singles.

The group has created the fantastic Beautiful Days Festival (named, of course, after their hit single, What A Beautiful Day) in Devon, and it has already sold out this year! Also, they justifiably join superstars such as Tom Jones to play at the Olympics concert in Hyde Park, 4th August
