The beautiful Gilcombe Farm, home to Farmfestival, has been given the green light by a drainage expert – in the face of flooded, muddy scenes from other festivals – such as 2000 Trees and Isle of Wight.

Brighton indie starlets, Tall Ships, have just been added to the Friday line-up and, completing the line-up, is Beardyman’s Mc, Klumzy Tung and More Like Trees (recently signed to BBE records). As well as competition winner Dj Mishima and king of the edit, Fingerman.

Acts already confirmed for the two-day festival, which takes place from July 27-28, include Trophy Wife, The Boy Least Likely To, Yes Sir Boss, The Blood Arm, The Lovely Eggs and more. DJs include Pardon My French, Luke (Futureboogie) and Will White (The Propellerheads).

Plus affordable local ales, ciders and organic food as well as non musical entertainment, Farmfestival has it all going on.

Weekends tickets cost just £40 from www.skiddle.com
