John Clothier, Chairman of Bruton based company Wyke Farms, has taken a break from family farming and released his first music album this week.

‘Chasing the Rainbow’ is John’s debut album and includes ten cover versions of popular songs from the 1960’s and 70’s including Lying Eyes, Hello Mary Lou and Tequila Sunrise. John has been a keen singer and music fan for as far back as he can remember but only found the time to use his voice and record music this year, he says: “I thought that it would be a real challenge to produce an easy listening CD that people may want to buy in aid of the Save The Children. It certainly was! However I enjoyed making it greatly.”

The ‘Chasing The Rainbow’ album is available on line from Ebay and from the Wyke Farms shop in Wyke Champflower. The CD is priced at £3 with £1 from every sale going to the Save The Children. It is priced at £5 on Ebay to include postage and packaging.
