BRITISH MILITARY FITNESS TOUR ARRIVES IN BRISTOL

Brits will be gathering in BRISTOL Clifton Downs at 11:15 this Saturday to take part in a free exercise session run by British Military Fitness. The instructors, both ex and serving military, will put the raft of newcomers through their paces in a bid to kick-start their 2013 fitness plans.

This all comes off the back of research released this week revealing that more than two thirds of Brits will make a New Year’s resolution to get fit in 2013, however an entirely different story emerges when it comes to sticking with an exercise regime, as 37% of those that sign up for a gym membership will have already quit by the end of January.
Brits up-and-down the country are invited to join BMF’s ranks at free taster events on Saturdays throughout January – whatever their fitness level. Instructors will guarantee that all participants at these special events will work hard, have fun and finish their session with a real sense of achievement.
The free BMF START events will be taking place throughout the month in London, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol, Coventry, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Reigate and Manchester. As these are entirely free, places are limited and booking is required.
