NEW SKATE PARK OPENS IN TRURO THIS SATURDAY
Let’s hope for sun over the bank holiday as a brand new £500,000 skate park opens in Truro for the first time on Saturday. The Hendra skate park has been four years in the making, and Cornish skaters are stoked that it’s finally finished. At a whopping 530 sq meters the park has been designed by skaters so is up to a pretty high standard, and caters for all levels. Built on the site of the Dreadnought playing field, where the old swimming pool used to be, the park adds another great park to Truro’s healthy skate scene.
