EUROPES BIGGEST STUDENT SURF COMP HITS NEWQUAY: BUCS 09
That’s right, thousands of students (complete with their surf boards) are set to descend on Newquay this week for what is billed as ‘Europe’s Biggest Student Surf Event’. Running from 15 – 18 October, the BUCS Surf champs will see the UK’s best student surfers battling it out on Fistral Beach for this years title.
After the daytime surf activities, films, talks and exclusive sea inspired art show at Fistral Blu & Fistral Beach, it’s full on parties every night over the weekend, with Radio 1’s MistaJam and guests playing at Pure nightclub on the Friday night, followed by a pool party at Trevelgue on the Sat night.
