RUMBLE IN THE JUNGLE LINE UP CONFIRMED
Chase & Status (Live) and Sub Focus are set to headline Rumble in the Jungle at the Eden Project on Fri 7th May.
The event will see multiple arenas nestled among Eden’s spectacular Rainforest and Mediterranean biomes where party goers can enjoy performances from the biggest names in D&B, dubstep, breaks, funk and hip-hop.
Other acts lined up so far include Chase and Status, Subfocus, Benga, Friction, Krafty Kuts, Freestylers and A-Skills alongside local DJ heroes such as Mr Nice, Maxxi P, Klimax and Darko.
Added elements to the event, include exceptional laser displays, trapeze artists, and the opportunity for people to explore the infamous Biomes, home to the venue’s magnificent tropical plants.
The event has been organised by promoter Nigel Muntz and Beth Lewitt of Eden’s Arts Cafe, with the help of a £5,000 Creative Grant from Smirnoff. The pair were hand-picked from the hundreds of creative individuals who applied to win the four bursaries available via The Smirnoff Co’s dedicated Facebook page. Nightlife luminaries Rob da Bank of Radio 1, DJ duo The Queens of Noize, second generation music mogul Oliver Wilson, nightlife correspondent Rahul Verma and Clash Magazine’s Matthew Bennett make up the vodka brand’s panel of experts who selected winners.
Now in its second year, the initiative has already supported more than 22 original nights around the UK.
