Run To The Sun are offering one lucky 247 Magazine reader the chance to win two tickets to this summer’s vee-dub extravaganza! RttS 2010 is a proper festival, an anything goes festival, a festival that combines the unique beach life of Newquay with V-dubs, custom cars and dance music – you can have it full-on, hardcore, chilled, messy or civilian. It’s your choice and don’t let anyone tell you differently.
The first RttS in 1987 saw just 70 in the vanguard, just enough to bring a movement to life. Now the vans that travel down to Cornwall for the festival number in their thousands, and come from all over Europe. They come for the VW and Custom Car show, but for the buzz too, for the spirit of ’87. In 2010 they’ll come for five arenas, for DJs, bands and comics, for the Morph Tent, acoustics and for the Silent Disco.

They’ll also be dragging some of the funniest comics, best live-bands and songwriters down to their little corner of Cornwall to keep you amused in the other four arenas. New for 2010 is their brand spanking new arena The Morph Tent. It’s a rave, only more so with a fully immersive projection system, a spectacular and off-it 3D show and, overall, an experience you’ll not have had before.
