The BioBlitz is an event organised by the Marine Biological Association in conjunction with the Natural History Museum with the aim being to find as many species as we can around Mothecombe bay in 28 hours. Drop by the BioBlitz Base Camp marquee by the beach to meet the scientists involved and find out how you can take part. Sign up for free guided activities or take a spotter sheet and go on the hunt with your family or friends!
The Mothecombe BioBlitz runs from 11am on Friday 11th June to 3pm on Saturday 12th June. Public drop-in hours are 10am to 3pm on Saturday.
The BioBlitz is being run from the Mothecombe car park and will be clearly signposted.
