BREAKIN CONVENTION 2010 UK TOUR
Breakin’ Convention, the International Festival of Hip Hop Dance Theatre returns for its third UK tour following sell-out shows in London earlier this year. A project by Sadler Wells, the festival features a number of performances and workshops and is the only one of its kind in the UK. Since it began in 2004, 60,000 people have visited the event. Sadler Wells’ associate artist, Jonzi D, will host the tour and he’ll present the finest street crews from around the globe including Sébastien and Raphael and Phase T.
The freshest UK talent will also be on hand to show their stuff. A local crew from each tour destination will perform after being handpicked to represent their city – more details to be announced soon.
