WIN: TICKETS FOR PULP FICTON OUTDOOR CINEMA SCREENING
Fancy seeing great films in unusual outdoor locations across Cornwall? If so, you need to find out about The Outdoor Screenings Season – a series of eight outdoor cinema events at unusual and attractive locations throughout the county. The second in the outdoor series visits the Adrenalin Quarry, Liskeard for Tarantino’s blockbuster Pulp Fiction Saturday, June 4. If that’s not to your liking, then the outdoor cinema returns to the Quarry on Sat 27 August with Gladiator, featuring Russel Crowe.
All films will be shown on a 8m by 6m mobile cinema, using high quality digital projection with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, and there will also be a bar at each showing, selling drinks and popcorn! One word of warning, based on the UK’s climate, you’ll just have to wrap up warm and bring their own seating to enjoy the outdoor experience. There is also chance to try out the Adrenalin Quarry’s 40 mph zip wire – the biggest in the UK at 490m long and 50m high – with special zip and film packages available through www.adrenalinquarry.co.uk
