Following the postponement of All Tomorrow’s Parties Jeff Mangum (Neutral Milk Hotel) festival (moved from December 2-4 to March 9-11, 2012) all eyes are on the ATP Nightmare Before Christmas offering on December 9-11, which sees Battles, Les Savy Fav and Caribou curate a kick ass line-ups of top quality music – and what’s more there are still tickets available.
The trio, Battles, Les Savy Fav and Caribou, have shared the curation duties, each securing bands they know and love to play at the twee venue in Somerset. Eclectic just doesn’t cut it with some seriously sound indie electronica bands playing on the same bill as some old time punks and cutting edge indie. Acts include Gary Numan, Future Islands, Connan Mockasin, Wild Flag, The Ex, Silver Apples, Bitch Magnet, Flying Lotus, Omar Souleyman, Washed Out, Factory Floor, The Dodos, Simian Mobile Disco, Holy Fuck, Cults and more.
