A Made in Bristol pop up shop is opening in the city centre this week. From 6pm on Thursday, there will be a Pop-Up Department Store in Quakers Friars, Cabot Circus as part of Pop-Up Bristol. It will open every day until 24th December selling locally designed cards, original artwork, prints, photographs, jewellery and other quality gifts.

Made in Bristol has acquired three, previously empty shop units within Cabot Circus for 5 Bristol-based creative groups (Made in Bristol, Upfest, Drawn in Bristol, Smithson Gallery and Bristol Creatives) to showcase original paintings, illustrations, crafts and gifts from over 100 artists. For three years Made in Bristol has been running arts and crafts events, exhibitions and pop-up shops in venues across Bristol to celebrate, showcase and promote the wealth of local creative talent. Working with a huge range of quality makers, including illustrators, painters, jewellers, craft-makers, sculptors, and photographers, every Made in Bristol event is a diverse, dynamic and unmissable celebration of Bristol’s creative heartbeat.
