Hospitality Records is gearing up for the official album launch party for their star artist, High Contrast, which takes place at Cardiff’s Great Hall on Saturday 3 March – and they’ve given us a pair of tickets to give away to one lucky reader.
Born and bred in Penarth, and now living in Cardiff, High Contrast is a Welsh boy done good. His new album – The Agony & The Ecstacy – is released next month. This is his first album for five years and features up and coming Welsh talent, such as Lung and Jessy Allen, alongside established worldwide stars like Tiesto and Underworld.
High Contrast is joined live on stage by Allen and Dynamite MC. Accompanying him in Room One is the inimitable Netsky, Shogun boss Friction, Fred V & Grafix repping the South West, bants-tastic Wilkinson and Med School’s Cardiff resident Lung bringing the deeper flavours. In addition to this there is a fine array of talent in the form of Bristol based beatmaker Phaeleh, Royalston, a special addition from Australia, Culprate, local DJ Tolerance & Rachel Collier, plus Quarttz & XL and Sundance b2b Fluidity supporting.
