WIN: MIAMI SESSIONS CDS
Dance label, Ministry of Sound returns this spring with ‘Miami Sessions’ – a triple CD pack top mark this years Winter Music Conference in Miami, USA. The week long festival is spread around South Beach and Downtown Miami with most of Miami’s famous clubs, such as Space, Cameo, Mansion, Ink, Twilo and Opium Garden playing host to the scenes biggest DJs and line-ups imaginable. The event has been held every Spring since the mid-1980’s and has become an integral part of the calendar year for both professionals and party-lovers with around 40% of attendees travelling from over 70 different nations around the world in search of sun, fun and the hottest new records by the tonne. The week culminates in the Ultra Music Festival, held in Bicentennial Park, the event is the single largest Electronic Music Concert in the U.S with Hundreds of DJs playing over 3 days in front of over 150,000 people.
This year the focus at Winter Music Conference (WMC ) is on the breakthrough artists of last few months. Miami Sessions features the cream of the worlds DJ’s and producers from Avicii on his remix of ‘Rapture’, to Nicky Romero’s main room house destroyer ‘Toulouse’ and Pete Tongs BBC Radio 1 Essential New Tune ‘Troll’ from emerging new talent Quilnez. This compilation album reflects all the tracks that those in the industry reckon are set to be huge this year.
