THE VACCINES TO PLAY JACK DANIELS BIRTHDAY BASH 2012
With previous years seeing the likes of Jarvis Cocker and Duane Eddy take to the stage, Jack Daniels’ birthday parties have become must see gigs – and this year is no exception.
Mr. Jack celebrates his Birthday in September (though no-one’s quite too sure when in the month the Lynchburg, Tennessee resident was born). And Saturday October 6 2012 sees The Vaccines, Mystery Jets and Tribes treading the boards for this spectacular celebration at The Devil’s Arse in Castleton, Peak District.
Fans of the music and the bourbon alike can now apply for tickets to the unique gig. Prior to the show there will be a Southern style barbecue at Castleton’s two pubs, The Castle Inn and The Bull’s Head and, after the show, revellers will head back to Sheffield for an aftershow celebration at the city’s renowned Leadmill, one of the most famous gig venues in the UK.
