On the 18 August 2012, See No Evil saw top street artists present their work to the world on Nelson Street, Bristol.  See No Evil is the UK’s most ambitious and diverse permanent street art project featuring some of the biggest names in the industry including New York based legendary artist Mark Bode, Connor Harrington, and Bristol’s own; Inkie and Nick Walker amongst others.  They reinvented Nelson Street with awesome large scale images curated by Bristol bred graffiti legend Inkie, who inspired the event’s first outing last year. This incredible art installation culminated in a huge New York style Block Party as thousands partied during the day across six stages before the after parties kicked off in the dis-used Westgate Building at the end of the street.

Red Bull is partnering with See No Evil to offer a unique chance for the next generation of street artists to take inspiration from the project and have their art featured alongside their heroes’. On 30th August, Red Bull will release a film that gives a priceless insight into the life and work of some of these street artists. Viewers will be taken on a journey far and wide to visit artists such as Mark Bode in San Francisco, getting a candid view of their influences, personal stories and how street art changes the lives of the people and places that it touches.

Aspiring artists will then have the chance to share a space on the infamous street in Bristol with some of the UK’s best street artists at See No Evil 2013 by submitting a single piece of artwork to impress judges, the See No Evil Curators, no later than October 26th.

Mike Bennett, organiser of See No Evil explains, “See No Evil is a unique event, designed to showcase the emerging and established talent in the world of urban art and music, to develop the innovative footprint in Bristol’s creative quarter. The pieces created over the week will create a legacy for the project and a destination for urban art fans from all over the world. We’re working with Red Bull to inspire the next generation of artists and give them the opportunity to work alongside the world’s best at See No Evil 2013.”

For a chance to be one of the artists at See No Evil 2013, submit one image of your artwork (10Mb Max) along with your contact details to: SEENOEVIL@UK.REDBULL.COM. Submissions close on October 26th.
