MIXTAPE: DESPICABLE YOUTH
Despicable Youth are formed of two 19 year olds from Somerset who came together through sharing a passion for mixing which then naturally evolved into a love for production. Typically experimenting with Drum & Bass, Despicable Youth have made quite the impact with their forward thinking production and fast paced mixing skills.
Since stepping on to the scene DY have already started making movements in and around the Bristol music scene recently landing a residency at the city’s premier up-and-coming Drum & Bass night ‘Liquifyah’ and releasing their debut EP on respected D&B label ‘Lockdown Recordings’.
Their debut EP ‘Lesson 1’ was released on the 21st April and has already gained support from the likes of; June Miller, Doc Scott, John B, Mob Tactics, Basher, Grooverider and Zeds Dead to name a few.
