MONEY NOT NECESSARY – SWAP ART FOR STUFF!
Street Artist Kone presents an art exhibition with a twist this month at a gallery in Teignmouth. The exhibition, called Money Not Necessary, is an opportunity for people to buy art by exchanging things rather than money. Organiser Kone told us, “People can pretty much bring anything, within reason. If I or the others like what’s on offer, then we could have a deal. We will be displaying a wishlist, but anything is possible! People can also pay for art in cash, but we’d prefer to swap art for goods!”
Art on display will be by street artist Kone, Miss C and contemporary photographer Scott Morgan.
