EDEN ARTS CAFE CELEBRATES 2nd BIRTHDAY
Eden Arts Cafe celebrates it’s second birthday in Fri 3 September with an epic party serving up the Southwest’s finest in arts, live music, food, off the wall film and community collaborations. Special guests for the night are The Correspondents, with the almighty Mr Bruce and Mr Chuckles who in the past have smashed Bestival, the Secret Garden Party and Glastonbury Festival when they have performed, so prepare yourselves! Expect swing, hip hop, drum and bass and vintage for the modern era, supported by Dj’s from Jelly Jazz.
Since launching back in 2008, Eden Arts Cafe have hosted some of the Southwests best in DJ’s, live bands from the festival circuit, graffiti artists and other top creative collaborators, establishing the Eden Project as a place to go and party, not just a place to visit. The night has been dubbed as a mini indoor fest, in a night, the event, offers an ecclectic mix of things to do, making it a bit of an original showcase every month as well as a great night out for all ages.
The monthly night also teamed up with 247 Magazine to host the epic site wide Rumble in the Jungle and SW Drum and Bass Awards earlier this year, being awarded a Smirnoff Creative Award for being one of the top four most innovative events of the year in the process and was described as ‘the most inspired coming together of minds this summer’ by The Times.
The Eden Arts Cafe second birthday runs from 7pm-12.30am, tickets £8 with a free drink if you book in advance
