CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Out of Hand Ltd is a well established, vibrant, publishing house, and fast paced print and graphic design agency providing innovative marketing solutions for a wide range of clients including both B2B and B2C. Specialising in daily flyer print and affiliated services we work in an environment with a high level of transactions with frequent deadlines during each day.
We are looking for a full time, dynamic person to provide excellent sales led customer service to our clients, both old and new. Internally based within our Head Office your main responsibilities would include handling incoming enquiries, processing sales orders, quoting for new projects and project management including liaison with the clients. This will be undertaken alongside senior staff to set procedures, whilst generally ensuring our customers receive a first class ordering experience.
Applicants must have a confident telephone manner, and a gift for dealing with people. The ideal candidate will have proven account handling and / or sales experience, a good level of computer literacy (we use an MIS system called Exchequer) and strong organisational skills. The ability to be pro active and flexible with tasks is essential and be willing to undertake outbound sales calls and written correspondence when necessary. We are especially interested in candidates with proven print, design or publishing knowledge.
£16,000 – £18,000 per annum, (plus company bonuses) subject to experience. This is a full time position based at our Head Office in Bristol, working 9.30am-6pm Monday to Friday.
