Kinky & Quirky have been running vintage events in Torquay and South Devon since 2007 and on 30 Nov are set to hold their biggest event so far – The One Stop Vintage Shop at the Riviera Centre, Torquay. Catering for over 1,500 people, it’s one of the most prestigious and anticipated burlesque events in the UK and brings together some of the very best of the UK’s performers who rarely appear together, and headline guests including Sarajevo born and Burlesque Hall of Fame 2013 ‘Best Debut Performer’ winner – Lada Redstar and LouLou D’vil from Finland who was voted winner at the Burlesque Hall of Fame 2013 ‘Miss Exotic World 2013 – Reigning Queen of Burlesque. The event runs as three parts – a daytime Vintage expo with traders, DJ’s and beauty parlour, evening burlesque show with the special guests and followed by an after show vintage ball for guests to shake their own tail feathers and such like, headlined by 13 piece band, Loose Cannons.
