LINE UP REVEALED FOR CHELTENHAM WALK THE LINE FESTIVAL 2011
Cheltenham Walk the Line Festival 2011 has teamed up with the awesome Hobgoblin brewery to bring you a stellar line up of band, including Tellison and Beans on Toast AND free booze!
The festival, which takes place in venues across Cheltenham on October 7 and 8, has secured Tellison to headline – after years of trying. The group played Bristol earlier this year and vowed to be back soon, in our interview with them, and here we have it – they are set to return for this little beaut. Also on the line up is Strummerville staple Beans on Toast, the luscious Ellen and the Escapades, Skint and Demoralised.
Also joining the line-up are some of the finest local acts in the shape of Chloe Foy, Tom Browning, Peppermint Hunting Lodge, Pink Crudge Caravan, I The Lion, We Are The Afterglow, Dirty Tricks, Swift Manouver and Charlie Baxter. The full line-up can be found on the website. And as if that wasn’t enough, there will also be another epic D-Fly After Party, which last year featured 247 Magazine favourites Thrill Collins. The skiffle trio look set to return this year with the added bonus of free booze (one free drink for Walk The Line festival goers as they arrive at said party).
Tickets start at £8 and give you access to all the venues on that day, including The Frog And Fiddle, The Railway and Cheltenham Art Gallery and Museum. To buy, visit the Walk The Line Festival website.
